- You can go to the clinic and they will tell you your body fat percentage or body mass index(BMI) which i usually the same!!! But BMI's are not as accurate as when a doctor squeezes parts of the body for the percentage!!!
- There are people that specialize in this. Unfortunately I have never heard their name/title. You do not want to go by the clinic, the books, or a website. The messurements are more then Your Weight verse your Height. A person that REALLY knows what they are doing will have you go through some light test like reaching your toes while they take messurements. They will find out your muscle and fat,.. some other doctors these days may even have you get on a machine that will make a colorful image that will show what is bone, what is organ, what is muscle, and what is fat... as well as the size of each. If you go through with a machine they can tell you every little detail.
- I got a Body Fat Scale at Wal-Mart. It sends electric current in your body to measure how much fat is present. It works best when your feet are wet. It also weighs the regular way. No need to go to the doc or see a coach!
- Buy some body fat callipers and you can test your body fat yourself. Or you can go to a facility that offers hydrostatic weighing of DXEA.
