How can i change my body fat percentage?
My current workout is 3 days of intense cardio (Heart rate above 160 for about a hour), 3 days of full body weight training (12 different muscle groups, 3 sets of 8 reps) with 30 mights of fat burn cardio (heart-rate at 125). Current body fat is at 12.4%, and I would like to get it down to 9%. What should I change, ALL tips and recommendations are welcome.

- it sounds like you are doing everything you should for workout, but what do you eat? If you don't eat to healthy, try eating more natural and unprocessed food, that might help
- At this point, with all your exercise, I think the change will have to be with your diet. Try looking up "carb cycling". Weight lifters do this before a competition to lower their fat percentage. Basically what you do is alternate between eating low carb one day and normal carb the next. Good luck.
