- your body fat percentage is high....get into a little weight training....it will help to tone....Bmi is perfect.....
- Umm.. Work out the area that you don't like the way it looks... && then... you think about what you need to do... & do it. No weight can determine how good you look... It's where you work out at basically.. Ugh... Just work out in the area that's fat? or whatever you said... Even though I weigh 134 and I'm 5"5 too, and I look alright I suppose besides my thighs..s o there for I need to work out my thighs?? Get it? Cus... You don't NEED to loose weight you're fine I bet!! Gee... Girls...
- Its not the weight but the muscle, or how toned you are. You can be 132 and "flabby", or you could be 140 and toned.
- your ideal weight in a swimsuit? there is no such thing girl! how ever you feel the best, or feel you look the best is your ideal size.. nobody else can estimate that for you
- probably around 125
- Hey! Weight to height charts are completely unscientific. They started out as an insurance company's guidelines for their sales team to qualify prospect's health. No scientific basis in that. You need to lower your %body fat by lifting weights and doing cardio. But, nutrition is much more important. 60-80% of your results depend on your eating. So eat clean, eat every 3 - 4 hours, drink a lot of water (you must never feel thirst or hunger) and exercise. When your % bodyfat will reach 12-15% you will look...ummm...yummy!
- Don't worry about the BMI. Right now, your body fat percentage is about average, I'd say if you got down to 20%-24% body fat you'd look great in a swimsuit. You don't have to be super athletic with a six pack or anything, 20%-24% is just a nice fit/lean body fat percentage to be at. However, you can go out in a swimsuit right now if you want to, it doesn't really matter what you look like as long as you are comfortable in your own skin. And it's not like you are overweight or overfat, so just be confident. Female Body Fat Percentages: Essential Body Fat: 10%-12% Athletes/Body Builders: 14%-18% Fit/Lean: 20%-24% Average: 26%-28% Overfat: 30%-32% Obese: 34% plus
