How can be measure our body fAT percentage?
is there a way we can do it by ourselves? or it has to be done by a specialist?

- accuratly by a specialist. can be done on some scales that do fat %, but its approx 5-10% off
- There are small hand held devices you can buy,you could pick those up at any regular Joe store,But for the most accurate analysis , and for the best advice definitely a specialist would be best.
- if u wana lose weight at home without exercising......u can refer to this website http://loseweightnoww.blogspot.com/ and u will find so many tips for weight loose and weight loose reciepes.u can try them and lose weight at home easily.
- You can buy a pair of body fat calipers, take some readings and put them into a calculator like this one: http://www.linear-software.com/online.html You can buy bathroom scales that will estimate it for you, like the Tanita: http://www.tanita.com/BodyFatOverview.shtml The most accurate way is a submersion tank - but that sounds like a lot of effort to me! And expensive too I'm sure. If you go to a gym and pay for an initial assessment / personal training session they can do it for you reasonably accurately using calipers etc.
