Body Fat Measurements and weighing?
When would you get the best results from body fat measurements and weight scales? BEFORE or AFTER working out and drinking water, by using hand-held analyzer at the gym . does it make a big difference if these steps are taken AFTER an hour of cardio and lower body workout?

- Before working out and at least 3 hours after eating or drinking. Also, early morning is not good. Best bet is right before lunch or right before dinner.
- Obviously first thing in morning is best, but if not, at least before your workout. Your body is still adjusting to the stress off the workout right after so your water balance will be all out.
