What body fat percentage does one need to be to have a six pack?
and would it be possible to have one without working out the abs just low body fat, or does one have to work out the abs also? I was just wondering (I do work out my abs by the way, I'm not lazy).

- 8% to 15% depending on genetics... Yes it is very difficult to get in that range, and no you can't do it by working out abs, it has to be done through fat loss. Yes it is possible to have abs without working them, just like everyone has biceps without working on them (You've seen the really skinny guys with the well defined arms) they're still weak. I suggest working the whole body and including abs in it as an "EVERY NOW AND THEN" workout.
