about my weight/height/body fat..?
i'm 18yo girl, 5'5"/100~103lbs i checked my body fat and i got 20~21%.. i wanna trim down to 17%.. how long is it gonna take? and what kind of excercise is effective?

- 500 push ups and sit ups each day?? Bad advice!! For a start you should only work on your muscles every second day and you need to do say 3 GOOD sets of say 15-12. You are very thin and 20% really is about the lowest a woman's body fat should be unless she's an athlete. If you want to lower it you need to eat protein, and do a lot of exercise including cardio (running is good) and some muscle building every few days.

- Well you are already underweight, so you are going to have to gain muscle mass in order to lower your body fat percentage. First of all you need to do strength training 3 times a week, exercises such as squats, lunges, crunches, press-ups, etc, as well as lifting weights for your arms. Secondly you need to be eating lots of protein, try to eat about 80g of a day including foods such as chicken, turkey, eggs, fish, etc. Good luck : )
