I have been working out for 2 months. I have lost a lot of body fat but yet to have lost any weight? Why?
I work out just about everyday...I run and walk little over a mile and I lift weights as well...I eat right and drink water...I have lost a lot of body fat, but everytime I walk on the scale I still weigh the same...or if not I weigh more...But everyone can see the change in my weight and that I did lose some...seems no matter what I do I can't lose any weight

- working out helped you gain some muscle mass.muscle mass weighs more than body fat, so that's why you lost body fat but not much weight.it's normal.drinking water might've gained water weight due to women's PMS.natural remedies include drinking green tea, which will help you get rid of the water weight.it worked for me.
- It's because of your muscles.
- Muscle weighs much more than fat. Don't worry about the number on the scale...the scale lies! A better guide is the size of your clothes.
- It sounds like you are doing great. You have no doubt built muscle which typically weighs more than fat so that would explain the difference in weight and also others being able to tell you have also lost weight. You may want to try not to lift weights quite as much but continue the walking and running and see your results. I noticed this has helped me in the past six months. Good luck on your continued success~
- Muscle is heavier than fat. So what you are doing is taking off inches and putting on pounds. Keep it up, and I'll bet you're feeling better already. Good Show !
- Losing weight isn't important, getting fit and trim is. Just go by your body measurements to determine your progress (waist, hips, legs, arms, abdomen)
