I have a lot of body fat around my thighs and backside, what is the best workout to lose weight around there?
I am 5' 10" and (last I checked) 176 lbs. I currently run for 30 minutes everyday.

- do squats.. and lots of them.. or just stand in front of the tv and squat down for a looonnnggg time.. and then lay on the floor and push your butt off the floor so your only on your feet and shoulders.. like a half bridge or something and push your butt up until you feel the burn.. then keep it that way.. haha and watch tv while doing it.. lol all my exercises are in front of tv's lol their the best.
