This calculator says I have 8.39% body fat? o_O?

It says it uses a formula from the US Navy, but this can't be right? I mean, I'm 106 lb. Slightly underweight, but http://www.dietandfitnesstoday.com/bodyfatAndBmi.php says that my estimated body fat % is 19.88. Oh, sorry, I didn't put in my question. Is it wrong or did I probably put in information wrong or something? Oh, thank you timetravelling bunny! That made it 33.5 inches and go up to 14.19% lol

- its probally wrong if u say your slightly underweight.
- I think online body fat calcualtors are not a very good way to assess your body fat percentage. I would get some body fat callipers or something.
