body fat scale reviews

How do I calculate my approximate body fat percentage?

I am an 18 year old female, weigh 126.4 lbs, and am about 5'10'' feet tall. (Strange as it may sound, sometimes I am taller, measuring at 5'11.'' I think it has something to do with the fact that have been getting alignment treatments done at the chiropractor.) Anyways, can you tell by this information? I am fairly athletic, and have well defined calf and thigh muscles. My abs are trim as well, and are hard when I flex, although I don't have a six pack or anything serious like that. Wow, I don't at any of that crap. I am a vegetarian and eat a lot of soy. I do have carbs and stuff though, like some breads and tortilla. I exercise quite often, like I said before.

Using the Body Mass Index, weight is assessed using the following scale: Read the rest here http://rapidweightloss.nmaskuri.com/cat/overweight/
