body fat??
how can i find my body fat ratio? are those scales accurate?... if so anyone know a good one? =) thanks<3 aliSon

- Yes. The body fat scales are close to being accurate. Only a water tank test is 100% accurate. BUT the other readings are based on a computer program, not on actual measurements. Such as amount of water in your body, etc. Body fat is the ONLY thing you should look at on a scale. Weight is irrevelant.
- Scales are not that accurate, but body fat callipers can be once you learn how to use them. I bought some Accu-Measure body fat callipers off Ebay. They are pretty simple to use and they didn't cost much either. I'd recommend these over a body fat scale. HTH : )
- Those scales can be way off sometimes. Try the link below and do the circumference method. It's more direct & trustworthy...and it's been used by the military for years. Hope that helped. - Mike
