If a body fat scale is inaccurate, is it usually too high or too low?
I'm talking about the electronic, Tanita type. I get a reading as high as 20% in the morning, while my body water % is low, or as low as 14%. I'm wondering what the actual number is.

- Try purchasing a pair of body fat callipers instead (Accu-Measure). Body fat scales are notoriously inaccurate. 14% body fat sounds extremely low unless you are an athlete or into body building. HTH : )
