What are some good, quick, effective ways to lose body fat?
I am 5'0 and not very big but I have a tubby stomach area. I have muscle underneathe the fat but i need to find a way to get rid of the fat. This is really important to me. I have a boyfriend. we been 2getha for about a year. He doesnt complain about my belly but i want to b the best i can b mentally and physically for him. please give only serious answers that really work. thanks. im only 14 goin on 15. give me good ways that could work without money classes tae bo or yoga. please and thank u.

- Tummy fat are difficult to lose...try control what you eating... for 14 to 15 y/o gurl like you i think i should not be a problem...still try to cop with hormonal changes...baby fat will eventually disappear with your age...do you have a family history of overweight? if yes than maybe you should start the preventative step to stop being like them...try sit-ups...eat spicy food...it increase metabolism, eat fibre, and the good ol' trick that always work is excercise...
- well...the best way to lose that fat is to workout more on your abdomen..push-up is a really good way to lose fat on abdomen.. the other way to lose fat is to exercise regularly or maybe a session each day for 2-3 days in a row -drink a lot of water after you exercise and not to eat 2-3 hours before going to bed.it really works-oprah said so too also,drink a lot of water. all the best!
