  2. You have to exercise- low impact cardio like jogging, or swimming. That is the only way to lose body fat. Keep eating enough calories because other wise you will lose lean muscle which is helping you to burn calories when you are just lounging around. Also, pilates is EXCELLENT for toning you back, thighs, and stomach! Get a dvd to follow, a stability ball, and a mat, or take a class!
  3. I'd say walking up the stairs 3 steps at a time. Diet alone will not help you that much. You need to do things physically. Jog everymorning for 100 meters or more and drink lots of water. Avoid soft drinks and fat food for now. Do some punches. These would at least remove several pounds off of ya.
  4. Exercise and eat a balance diet. Don't eat rice, eat more protein instead. Eat Chicken without chicken skin and fish..
  5. Crunches, walking, jogging and a low fat diet will help...Join Jenny Craig. This is a great diet plan that will teach you the right way to eat for a life time!!!
  6. It is said that you are not able to "spot reduce" areas. A change in the diet and exercise is the best way to lose weight and body fat. When doing cardio, this burns the calories and helps with fat reduction. Also lifting weights will help tone. A combination of all the above is the safest way. This may not be the easiest but when you are looking for the safest and the healthiest, this is the best advice. All the above will also help as you continued through life as you will be making a "lifestyle" change.

  8. It sounds like you want to tone those areas up. A weightlifting regimen + cardio program will give you the best results.
