Is only eating a balanced Dinner a good way to lose body fat?

I am not overweight, my BMI is only 22. I would like to lose a small layer of fat around my belly. Would only eating a healthy Dinner every day with occasional cheats and 20 minutes of running on a treadmill daily help me accomplish this goal fast?

  1. First off only having dinner will encourage your body to store more body fat because it will go into starvation mode. You must eat at least 3 meals ideally 4 to 5 daily. They do not have to be huge sit down buffets but should include a variety of foods. As far as cheating goes this will only hinder your progress. For more answers go to: fitcapital.com
  2. Only eating a healthy dinner? As in only eating dinner? Eat 5-6 small meals throughout the day, allow yourself ONE cheat a week, drink TONS of water (when you wake up, and all throughout the day) and do atleast 30min on the treadmill!
  3. Yes, that will help, but to achieve results even faster, make sure you are eating a balanced breakfast as well. According to the Abs Diet book, people who eat breakfast raise their metabolism by 10 percent! If your dinner is balanced but you ate fried foods all day, it wont do you much good. Try making most of your meals well balanced.
