What is the best way to lose body fat around the belly button?
I'm not fat.. but i'm working on my abs

- sit ups maybe 20 a day
- If you have a balance (yoga) ball and an elastic exercise band, tie the band around a door knob, or put it between the door and door jamb. Sit on the ball with your back facing the door and the ends of the band in each hand. Put as much tension as you can on the bands and do sit ups (all the way down all the way up)...3 set of 15. Also, sit at a table or desk that is somewhat close to your knees. Place your hands on the table top and scooch (slide) somewhat down in the chair so you are somewhat slouched with your back on the back of the chair and your butt close to the edge. Lift your knees to the table and stretch your feet out in front of you a little. Hold for 10-20 seconds....2 sets of 5 reps. Hope these help!
- Defiantely Sit Ups and crunches. If you were a girl I would recommend Bally Dancing which works wonders for your belly area.
