what is the easiest way to lose body fat?
i have been trying to lose weight but it is very difficult because i always get hungry and eat alot any tips

- Eat more often but less. 5-6 small meals a day will speed up your metabolism. Cardio in the morning before you eat breakfast will burn fat because your body doesn't have anything to burn off (minimum of 30-40 mins.) the more the better because the body only begins to burn fat after like 20 mins of cardio. And just eat healthy rather than junk!
- Eat your largest meal for the morning meal the next largest for the noon meal and a small to nothing evening meal. You should start to loose weight and feel better as well.
- There is a couple things that I found effective while losing weight: 1. Drink water, and 2. Exercise a bit everyday. If you drink sugary drinks (such as pop, juices, etc), it will stay with you but if you drink water everyday and replace it with those drinks, you will not only feel less hungry but you will be losing a lot of sugar and calories. I would include diet drinks in something you should not drink as well because it is just as bad as regular drinks. So try drinking more water throughout the day and see what happens.
