WHAT lS THE FASTEST WAY TO LOSE BODY FAT?

i am 14 years old and i'm pretty fit, but can't get rid of some fat i have on my stomach and on my pecks. can you please help me out!

  1. u should excersice more and eat more healthy foods!!! by the way don't take weight loss pills because they are pretty bad for u!!!
  2. losing weight is ALWAYS a two-part process: eating right and physical activity. keep the fat, sugar, and sodium low. abandoning soda for juice is a good life choice. eat less, but more often. ideally, eat five meals a day. as for physical activity, do cardio for 30min a day, 5 days a week. running is the best, but if theres another cardio exercise you enjoy doing, do that instead. also keep in mind that theres no such thing as spot reduction, so to get rid of fat from your stomach and pecks, you have to lose weight overall and do muscle-specific exercises to tone it. good luck!
