Am I losing weight too quickly?
I've lost 24 lbs in 1 month without any exercise or specific diet. All I did was quit drinking my soda and started taking herbal weight loss pills (lipofemme). Is it possible that the combo caused this? At first I thought it was water weight, but my scale reads my body fat percentage is lower. I feel fine, but am slightly concerned at the drastic drop in pounds. I was 160, so it's not that I couldn't afford to lose weight...but is this much weight loss in 1 month normal?

- the pills are working that,s good.
- IMHO, yes.... When you lose weight that quickly, it usually comes back just as quick and usually includes more pounds. Weight loss of 3-4 pounds a week is usually recommended.
- If it's water weight than no. I was on a weight loss program and lost 12 pounds my first week, and it was mostly water weight. So if that's the case than no. But I wanted to know can you buy that herbal pill in stores, or what website did you get it from? I'd love to try it! :)
- what is the change in your body fat % from the beginning to now? that determines how much fat was lost and how much was water weight and muscle. with out exercise I would not be surprised if your metabolic rate decrease in the near future and weight gain will begin. the human body is not designed to be sedentary and for those who are genetically predisposed for easy weight gain regular exercise is essential to maintaining a healthy weight and body fat percentage
- just be carefully when yo go off the pills that you are not eating a lot....the weight could come back on fast....good luck I know it is a hard thing...
- Fast weight loss in the beginning is totally normal, espescially when trying a new fat burner like lipofemme. You shouldn't expect 24 lbs per month every month, but that's a great way to start. Good Luck!
