best (fast) way to lose body fat without expensive workouts @ gym?

Uhm I m not overweight (55kg/ 162cm) but I d like to lose a few before summer vacation (beach!) What to do? I m not willing to hand over 50 quid/month to go to the gym....

  2. its simple, watch your diet :p, you can lose weight simply by watching what you eat if you want the process to go even quicker, throw in cardio exercises, jog outside in the morning do crunches, do pushups, jumping jacks, etc
  3. if you are counting calories you will fail, it is simple..walk or slow jog 1 hour every day and replace bad food with healthy food choices, if you are walking/jogging consistently and eating healthy food you can eat when you are hungry and you will gradually begin to lose weight over a period of months and years, over the long haul restricting food will not work
