- CRUNCHES/SIT-UPS!!!
- vegetables, lean protein and water and lots of exercise.
- Lower the amount of calories each day but make sure u eat breakfast, lunch, and cereal. Run a mile each day, do sit ups, or crunches or planks to strengthen your stomach up.
