  1. as you burn fat you also burn muscle. so some resistance(weight) training is always good to do while dieting and losing weight. you keep the muscle, but lose fat.
  2. Try aerobics combined with strength training, such as weights. You'll lose fat, but gain muscle.
  3. by walking, jogging, and swimming you can loose the excess fat in your body. the weight also reduce.
  4. Specifically, high protein intake is what will help you burn the most fat. Protein is the easiest substance for your body to convert into muscle. If you are consuming lots of protein and are working out regularly, your body will have no choice but to convert all the food you are eating into muscle rather than fat, and to make things even better, the greater your muscle mass the more efficiently your body burns fat during workouts.
  5. Stay away from sugars first. BIG THING!! Not candy, soda, any simple sugars like that. Sugar is fuel for your body. If you are giving it candy, soda, ect, you are giving it fuel. If you deprive it of sugar from candy, ect, you are forcing your body to use the sugars it has stored up, i.e. FAT. Also stay away from the breads, also helps a lot. Eat in moderation (one serving), and try to eat smaller meals more often. Eat an apple in between meals, or something to help your eat less at meals. That about takes care of the diet. For exercise, cut your body into 3 sections. (such as back, bicepts, and tricepts/ abs, lower body/ forarms, abs and glute's) Every other day, do one section of your body. In between those days, do cardio, such as the eliptical machine, or a brisk walk or run. You will lose some weight at first, but you will start to gain muscle and therfore weight. I went from 26% body fat to 22% body fat on this, IT WORKS!!
  6. hi, this is a really good question mate when people lose weight they can lose fat and muscle mass, as a result their fat free body mass may only change slightly regardless of the weight they lost the key to weight loss is maintenance of lean tissue, its metabolically active tissue i would suggest that decrease calories just slightly and train to create an anabolic effect. See what diet works for you but i would maintain good amounts of fat and protein in the diet, on days you train maybe eat more fat loss is most effective after an overnight fast train with both weights and cardio work, fitness and health is no.1 and fat loss will happen, just be patient and see what works best for you try to minimise the junk food and high sugar content meals, insulin levels need to be controlled
