Please, tell me the best way to lose body fat?

i bet you get these questions all the time. but please, whats the way?

Here is the fat equation: Input (what you eat & how much), Output (exercise & activity level), and Metabolism (how your body processes what you eat) all have a bearing on losing or gaining weight. The ideal situation is to eat less and more healthy, increase your exercise or activity level, and to increase your metabolism. I have lost 32 pounds since July, 2006 by taking Stack Body Tune Up.   2. Lots of cardio, 3 times a week at best. You want to burn more calories than you consume. The more active you are the more calories you burn. Make a routine up of something you really enjoy or can learn to like and stick with it. Once you lose some weight then you can begin to work on building some muscle (and that burns calories too), by using handweights at home or the gym. All this while eating healthy...you cant go wrong! Choose foods that are wheat, yogurts, fruits, veggies and your meats LEAN (grilled or baked). Snack on nuts, popcorn, cheese sticks, rice cakes... Most of all start drinking water...64 oz a day...this helps with your metabolism and will truly aid in weight loss....been there, done it, still doing it...LOL...it WORKS! :) good luck to you! :)
  3. hey!..these are just a few options to choose from if you want to loose those body fats..i hope this helps.. > go to the gym and burn out those fats > go on a southbeach diet > water therapy- water intake instead of too much food. > the after 6- no food intake after 6pm. and the most important..SELF-DISCIPLINE!. learn to discipline yourself on not eating a lot of foods especially the fatty ones.
