- Cardio before and after weight training. Watch your diet too.
- Throw yourself into a burning log, and you will see your fat disappear before your eyes. Seriously, the ony way to lose fat is eat less and exercise more. And losing fat should be done in a gradual process to achieve permanent result, and it should be undertaken as a way of life, not as fleeting fad.
- try a program called Medifast. the results are awsome. kinda expensive but worth it.
- Exercise, exercise, excercise. That said, you have to be realistic - the best you can hope for is to lose 1-5 pounds a week at the most - any more than that, and you risk serious health problems. (Even losing as much as 5 pounds a week is pushing it to a degree.)

I found an excellent Soup Diet- Vegetable diet. I ate it for Breaky, Lunch and Dinner- I was allowed to eat Fruit too, to keep me going and energy levels up. I only Drank water- Not sure if i was allowed to frink anything other- but i did for my goal!, I believe that this is the best way to lose weight healthy- but be warned if you do it- without exercise you will have conciquences. - you just try fat burner,take daily 6 capsules.and also use ephederine. Increase aerobics &light weight training.
