what is a healthy body fat percentage?

i have 6.2% body fat. Do you think this is too low or healthy? what is the ideal percentage? i workout out everyday.. (i'm male, 155 lbs n 5 ft10)

  2. 6.2% is good. I am not totally sure, but I have a hunch that anything over 15% is unhealthy. At the moment, you are fine. I do not know the ideal percentage, though. You could check that on a health or government site I am sure.
  3. Yes that is really good. I think guys should be 12% or less and women 20% or less. Something like that.
  4. It is recommended that men have 15-18% body fat and women have 20-25% body fat. Athletes may be lower.
