Good ways to lose body fat?

I swim, run, and lift weights daily. My diet isn't that great though. I only drink water and milk. I need better eating patterns. I do drink my protien shake after workouts with milk.

  3. If you don't eat a balanced diet..which you say you don't then your body is using muscle for protein when it doesn't have enough. A balanced diet is a must. I have heard that after 20 minutes of exercise your body starts using the stored fat.
  4. watch what you eat and play wii fit! that thing is awesome i already lost weight
  5. eat fruits instead of fatty snacks and try not to eat to much untill dinner, and being stressless can help
  6. Low-density carbs like rice, NOT pasta Lean-cut proteins like chicken breast, eggs, and fish....NOT beef or pork. Lots of fruits and veggies
