Hello all, I have a question on this. If a person starts his exercise routine newly (haven't exercised before), he is able to melt the fat for some time. Calories burnt directly relates to loss of water weight and some fat loss. But after sometime, however hard he tries the scales doesn't show any weight loss. It remains steady. But the fact is that , during plateauing also, he expends energy , burns calories - why it doesn't bring down the weight ? In other words, what happens in this case - the individual has body fat and weight - Even after burning calories does not see any reduction in weight. - Where this calories are accounted for if they don't result in weight loss
