How acurate are those body fat scales? ?

I have the bowflex body fat scale that measures your weight, body fat and water weight and was wondering how accurate those actually are.

1. Not very accurate at all. Try this: Get on the scale before you need to use the restroom and see what bf% it says, and then try it again after you pee. It will give you a different number. They are not that accurate
