Fastest way to lose body fat?
I noticed that I am getting a bit chunky... I am starting to eat healthier and cut back on snacking, and I want to know the fastest, easiest, and most effective routine to lose body fat (Mainly my stomach area). Any ideas?

- weightlifting replaced fat with muscle and cardio( heartbeating) workouts help you lose all the water weight you might have. so hard work and dedication do crunches for your stomach (simple but effective) "pain is the weakness leaving the body"
- dance.. its exercise but you really dont think you are when you are having so much fun i have been taking it for less then a month and have lost ten pounds
