body fat scale reviews

i am 24 years old and i checked my body fat percentage and it says 10%.my body weight is 166lbs.is it good or ?

bad? How much lower is considered good enough? by the way i am 5'11" tall.

  1. Your weight is irrelevant without your height. If you are short and weigh that much you might be considered overweight according to BMI calculations BUT that is a really good bady fat percentage. It is actually considered determental to health to have it below 3 or 4% because it decreases immune function. Sounds like your in good shape.
  2. The ideal percentage is between 20-25%. You are in fact, underweight.
  3. YOU ARE NOT UNDERWEIGHT...first answerer is stupid as hell. Bro..im 15 years old 5 foot 11 and 140 lbs and around 11 percent fat and i have basically a 4 pack of abs. 8 percent is ripped abs. So your in great shape if your body fat is there it means your problem like all muscle and close to a six pack
  4. Around 20 % plus or minus is considered healthy for men.. Too much is blubber, too little is really unhealthy, unless possibly you are a serious bodybuilder!! One of the guys in my class IS a serious bodybuilder, and has total body fat of well under 20%. He is ALL muscle. Wow!
