I got fat over night!?
Well, I know it didn't really happen over night but it feels that way. I guess I had a picture in my head of how I use to look when I first got married (back when I wasn't pole skinny but was okay with my body). I woke up this morning and got on the scale...I blew 200 out of the water. It's depressing but I know I did it to myself.I don't know how to eat healthy anymore. Another problem is that my husband and I want another baby BUT I gained almost 40 lbs with my last pregnancy so I would like to loose at least 50lbs to start. I don't feel sexy anymore. I want to get my sexy back! Do you all know any good recipes to help my whole family eat right? Thank you everyone for the feedback in advance!

- only 1 sweet thing a day, water at every meal, cept breakfast, have orangejuice then. eat healthy food with lots of lettuce and wheat bread. 1 soda a week
- You should probably consult a physician since you are thinking about having another baby. I know been overweight can put you at health risk. I the dr if it would be best if you lost as much as possible before you get pregnant and then once the baby come you need to start working out and doing cardio or aerobics 5-6 days a week for 45-60 minutes....you will probably have to work up to this amount to start with. You could even start this now since you are not pregnant yet.
- Eat everything, but cut portions in half. Drink 8 glasses of water per day. You can cut your sugar in half by using half Splenda and half sugar. Watch trans fats. Use Smucker's natural peanut butter, 1/3 less fat with Smucker's low-sugar jelly (not the no-sugar jelly). Stay away from soda - extremely high in calories. Forget beer and other drinks. All they do is add empty calories and bloat. When you get older like me, you will gain weight on fumes.
- I'm not sure on any recipes, but, just try to get all of your required and recommended servings of products per day. Try not to eat so many sweets (cookies, candy, sugar of any kind, etc.), and try to keep all of the sweets either out of your house, or away from your family. Try to go for a jog/walk/run around your block, subdivision, or area 1-3 times a day. And if you accomplish these things, you'll loose weight before you know it!
- Eating healthy is easy. Go to a book store and examine the cook books/guides. Limit the red meat, and starches. Go heavy with fruits and Veggies and fish at least twice a month. For your internal health, drink a glass of wine with dinner at least 3 times a week, but not on a everyday occasion. Talk to a dietitian if you can. But do not forget that however long it took you to put the weight on, it will take you at least that long to take it off healthly.
