- side bends like crazy, get weights or soup can stand feet apart shoulder width arms little away from side and only bend your side with a straight back and push weight towards floor, do it a back and forth motion really fast making sure to feel the muscles stretch..... :) this has always worked great for me, do it 10minutes 2x a day .... I did them 30min day when I was able to get back to exercise after my 2nd baby :)
- you have to burn fat, but you could do oblique work if you wanted so it looks a little better once you cut, like the other person said sidebends really hit your obliques hard (heavy + slow, don't move your lower body), but don't do them if you want a vtaper, russian twists/oblique crunches are good too, and I wouldn't go by the online stuff for bf%, calipers maybe edit like wide shoulders and back with a narrow waist, makes your body into a V, obliques make you're waist bigger/more defined so it takes away from the look
- Almost close it says i am 14.02 my real body fat is around that range 14-16%.
- I use a workout bench at an incline and work with free weights by laying on my side and pulling up my body weight using my obliques arms crossed over my chest you gotta keep up with the cardio resistance training for max results
