How accurate are the military body fat calculator?

According to them I have 6% body fat. Height: 72 Weight: 189 lbs. Waist: 30 Neck: 16

3. If they did the tape measurement on you, you are probably only 3-4 percent. that method is typically 2-3 percent high.
