According to the scale my body fat is %13. ?
My height is 165 cm, my weight is 55 kilo. I heard that for a woman %13 body fat is low. But i still have fat on my hips,butts. I want my lower body cellulite free,firm and smaller without my body fat going dangerously low. What would you suggest? Thanks

- I doubt the scale is accurate. Get a professional body composition test done. At 13% body on a female, you would not have any extra fat to complain about! At 13% you would look like a pro body builder or elite athlete.
