For a teenage girl. I am 15, 5'3, and my weight fluxuates between 113 and 117... I started to lose weight about 8 months ago, and ended up losing about 15 pounds to get to where I am right now, but my period didn't stop until about 4 months ago. My dietician suspects that I might have too low a body fat percentage, although my weight isn't too low. She intends to check it this week. Anyway, what is a healthy body fat range for me?
