What is your ideal body size?
Not in general, on any person. Im asking you personally what your ideal size is for your own body. I figure you know your body more than any one on here, so i think it would be a bit wiser to assume that u know how ur body works weight and size and muscle wise...asking both men and women... For me its at 39-27-39 at 5'8" with a body fat percentage of 22-24...I personally like to be slightly on the thicker side of healthy for my own body, so a bit plumped in areas. I am naturally a very defined hourglass...n e ways...yeah post. If you don't have an ideal for urself, because you dislike ur natural shape, say something you think is an ideal body in your mind...like jennifer lopez right now or arnold schwarzenegger at age 26...just curious to as what people will say. don't try to give socially acceptable answers either just so that you wont get the bad end if the stick from others, i don't care about the number of thumbs up or down...thanks...I think way too many people try to be politically correct or socially acceptable on here when they are truly thinking most likely something different...

- I like size 6--I think that is not too thin or too thick. :) I am a size 8 because I have a full bottom. I'm 56" but maybe an inch or two would be nice!
- Right now I'm 4ft 11in, and about 103 lbs. My measurements are 37(32DD)-26-33. I've lost some weight recently (went from 115 to 103), but I still kinda feel uncomfortable with my tummy and my chest... I'd like to get down to about 94 lbs (19 BMI). I'm guessing my measurements would be around 36(32D)-25-32 at that weight, which sounds ideal to me. I'd like to be thin, but not TOO thin or unhealthily skinny.
- I am pretty happy with my body but I would like to lose a few kilos. I have a very feminine, hourglass shape which I would love to keep. I would like a smaller stomach but one that's not too toned. I love my breasts, hips and my bottom! My ideal body type is someone like Kate Winslet or Jennifer Lopez. Overly althetic or toned bodies don't appeal to me personally.
- I am 5'2. I weight 106 lbs. I am built small. and petite I am a size 2 or 3. My stomach is flat. but i want it flatter and abs. and i want my butt tighter. I dont think im fat.I just want to weight like 103 like i did i am comfortable with my body. but i want to work out more. like on a treadmill.
- i can't say i really have an ideal size, whatever i have i guess i'm alright with...right now i'm: 5' 6" size 0 and like 115 pounds my doctor says i'm average.
- 34-25-36 with 20% body fat is my personal ideal for me. At the moment I'm 34-26-38 with 24% body fat. I don't dislike my natural shape but wouldn't mind being a tiny bit more proportionate and having slightly more defined abs. P.S. My height is 5ft2.
- ok im 5'3 and 108 pounds a size 4 and its just cuz i have wide hips and a sorta big butt so i guess in that department i am over weight?? idk to me i think i am fine but it depends on the person if u think u r over weight or anorexic or whatever.....
