body fat scale reviews

How do i find my ideal calorie intake?

I am currently fairly buff and really fit. I am 5'9" and 165lbs. I don't know my body fat percentage, but I look good with a tiny bit of blubber around the middle that you don't see unless i lean forward. I want to look leaner and more ripped. The goal is to lose body fat without losing muscle. I think my workout regiment is perfect, but I need help on diet. I lift in the mornings 6 days a week and I do cardio in the evenings. I already take protien shakes that total 675 calories per day giving 150 grams of protien (whey/casien blend). I need lots of complex carbs to support this activity level, but how many calories should they be adding up to per day?

  1. 2,400 calories a day
  2. It's simple you get your weigh and make it into kg. so 165/2.2=75 then multiply it by the 24 hours in the day 75x24=1800. those 1,800 calories your body burns if you sat in a chair all day, thats what it needs to live the if you are not active add 200-300, moderately 400-600, very active 700-1000 calories so so if you are moderately active it would be 1800+400=2,200 calories.
