How much body fat do I need to lose and how do I lose it? ?
I'm 5'7 and 150 pounds. i checked my body fat level and its at 33%! I run for 40 minutes 2 days a week already and my eating habits are not that bad. I may over eat but its not junk food. Please help me.

- hmmm, I suggest you go visit your doctor and check because everyone's body works differently. Also get a personal trainer.
