Is it possible to lose body fat % without losing any weight on the scale?

I am an overweight 37 year old woman doing cardio & light resistance training on a kilojoule restricted diet. Following diet to a T but have not dropped weight.

  4. Absolutely. If you're building muscle, muscle weighs more than fat, but is leaner. You may not lose weight or may actually gain a little weight, but you'll notice your clothes are fitting better.
