If your body fat percentage go down will muscle mass increase ?
I was told if your body fat percentage go down, while weight training, you'll tone your body more and your muscle mass increase, and it shows the lower your body fat percentage is . Is that True or False

- True, because your lifting weights which builds muscle which makes lose fat!
- Yes this is true obviously if you lose the fat that covers the muscle you will see the muscles that are being developed. Get rid of the fat and you will look lean and healthy as long as you exercise the muscles properly and continue to eat a healthy diet.
- well the weights will firm and build muscle so your body fat will make your body fat will be lower...DONT USE A BMI SCALE IF YOU LIFT WEIGHTS REGURELY!!!! use a probe or get a doctor to tell you for example if the bmi scale says you are 5- 11 215 it will say you are fat....if you are only 7 percent body fat you are not overweight so yeh you wont have as much fat!!....good luck
- Losing fat alone won't increase muscle mass. It would increase the percentage of muscle you have though.
