How can I decrease my Body Fat Percentage?

I checked on a weighing scale a few times and my body fat is between 28-30% which seems high? My height is just under 5'9" (175cm) and my weight is about 125 (57-58kg). I'm not too worried about losing actual weight but I'd like to get my body fat percentage down and tone my body more. What type of exercises do you think would be best? Thanks : )

  2. you need to buld sum muscle lifting weight and so on and cardio will help butn fat but has litel to do with muscle just sum useliss info to get in the army max body fat is 26%
  3. Do all your work walking, try to travel walking a lot. Always intake GREEN TEA instead of ordinary or normal milk tea. And must to have vegy foods and can take non once in month or twice when you think its right time to keep out of dieting :-)
