which is more accurate, a handheld body fat% analyzer or body fat% scales?
I need to know because my bodyfat% scales tell me I have 15% body fat but then my friend's handheld body fat% analyzer tells me I have 18%. I want to know which one is right.

- Although a lot of them promise accuracy, you wil find that the simple calculation it performs is your weight vs height vs age etc. Not even the gym ones are 100% accurate. The best way to get an accurate result, is to use fat calipers which pinch parts of your body and measure skin folds. These are much cheaper than the electronical gizmos too. For y our mixed results, just go half way to be sure, about 16.5%.

- Body fat scales are more accurate, but callipers would be even better.
