Calf size determines muscle mass in women?

- well i believe it... I have big calves and im a very big boned <NOT FAT> athletic type looking girl. My sister has little kid calves and she is not very strong at all... skinny and weak looking. So, i believe it based on my life
- yeah beacause girls are said to be stronger on the legs. but only some. still, i think guys are stronger than girls
