- You should be worried about your body fat percentage. 35% body is not good.. You need to eat a more nutritious diet. Cut out fast food, processed foods, fried foods, and foods loaded with sugar and fat. Eat straight fruit, vegetables, and lean meats like chicken and fish. Start running somewhere around a mile to two miles a day.
- Obviously, the answer would be a water pill from your doctor or you can now purchase over the counter. What works the best on me are oranges, cranberries. One other thing I have learned is 500mg or more of vitamin c really drains out excess water. I took one at bedtime and was up all nite peeing! Hope these suggestions help. One more thing is drinking plenty of water to help flush out!
- You don't want to decrease your water weight. You want to decrease your fat percentage. You need to start working out. You don't need to lose weight really, but your body fat is bad. Try to get it to about 20-24%. Muscles contain a lot more water than fat. So when you start working out, your water percentage should go up and your fat percentage down. This is a good thing. Never dehydrate yourself! This is extremely dangerous!
- try and get some kind of moderate to intense cardio about 4 to 5 times a week. Do at least 30 minutes.
- the only thing that ever worked for me is raw vegies and fruit. by the way i am 5'4 and 215. i yoyo all the time. oh I'm old also I go from 145 to 200 all the time. good luck
