Body fat scale problem?
So I have a body fat scale and one thing it says is that I have 53.6% TBW (Total Body Weight?) It isn't fat so what is it? What exactly does that mean? Thank you! That is'nt my body fat. obviously. They gave me my body fat percentage AND 53.6% TBW in addition.

- all girls can carry is fat cause they look horrid with muscle that isn't nothing to worry about ive been like 80 percent muscle and 20 percent fat but if you was a girl and had that it would be gross
