I have been running pretty regularly for the past 1 yr.. but the thing is my weight doesn't seem to reduce much. I run everyday for 45 minutes (I started at 20 and gradually got up to 45) at an elliptical machine. I am 6'8" (203 cm) tall male (yes I am very tall) and I weigh 275 lbs (124.75kg) . I checked my body fat at a machine where you touch your elbow to a sensor and it tells you your body fat and it says I have 18% body fat. Now, so why didn't I lose any weight? I am pushing myself very hard to make the 45 minutes, I don't think I can go any more higher these days. Also I put the machine at max level I can do it: level 16 out of 25. So, am I OK ? I mean I feel fine and I have a small gut, which I think is going down.
