How to increase your body fat percentage?
I am f, 19y/o, 5'9" and weigh around 107-109 lbs. i just used a body fat percentage scale yesterday and it indicated my body fat percentage is 4%... I dont think this is normal for a female... since i don't excersise at all - so how do i increase this???

- Just pig out, ice cream, pizza... CALORIES. See what you should do for the best results on the scale, follow the directions and re-weigh yourself.
- Milk, it does a body good.
- You can't be 4% body fat, it's not humanly possible for a female. Chances are the scales are wrong, get some body fat callipers instead. Or better still go to a facility that offers DEXA scanning or hydrostatic weighing. This is a woman who's body fat percentage is in the single digits (6%-8% body fat): http://www.sexymusclegirls.com/wp-content/uploads/Image/fbb_book.jpg Now this is a pro-bodybuilder in competition shape (who very likely takes steroids). I know you obviously don't have that sort of muscle mass, but if you are in single digit body fat then you'd have every ounce of muscle and veins showing under less than a mm layer of body fat.
