How accurate is the hydration level and the body fat percent when its measured on a scale?
I just bought a scale which claims to measure my hydration and bpdy fat percent does it really work? How accurate is it i just bought it at walmart for 30 bucks health o meter is the brand

- it's a rough estimate. No better than one you can do online with measuring tape and just imputing the data. No fat estimate is extremely accurate unless those high end machines.
- nothing is accurat my friend they are just rough estimate even the military is perfect and as for hydration check the color of you pee dark yellow or orange get water and clear you are suffienctly hydrated but remember you can also over hydrate and hurt yourself so just becare full
