Can you calculate my percent body fat?
I am a male I am 15 years old I weigh 235 pounds I take a 40 inch waist pant size I am 5 feet 7 inches tall I just tried to calculate it and I got around 56% body fat By the way, don't try to shock me by telling me I'm considered obese. I already know this. I just want to know the actual numbers. If you can calculate them for me It will be greatly appreciated.
